Rämsell has advised Nordic Angels AB in connection with its capital raise by way of a directed share issue to, among others, SEB. In connection with the share issue, Nordic Angels and SEB entered into a partnership that gives SEB a closer connection to Nordic Angels’ growing network of private investors, providing opportunities for knowledge sharing, dialogue, and joint initiatives.

Nordic Angels was founded in 2021 by Ash Pournouri and Andreas Grape with the goal of bringing together private capital, knowledge, and engagement. Today, the network includes thousands of business angels and advisors from across the Nordics and has quickly grown into a central player in entrepreneurship and growth.
