Pattern Geographic is a platform that helps real estate professionals explore, analyze, and evaluate locations and properties from a holistic perspective. Pattern contributes to greater transparency and efficiency in decision-making processes. A central part of the offering is the company’s climate report, developed in line with the EU Taxonomy. It makes it significantly easier for real estate companies to meet sustainability reporting requirements while running a more climate-conscious business.

The new ownership structure consists, in addition to former employees, of experienced entrepreneurs and investors from the real estate, tech, and venture capital sectors. The new group of owners includes the Rosén family, also active in the real estate industry, as well as the venture capital firm Supermarket VC, which brings expertise in go-to-market strategies.
